James Walsh

Jim "Jimmy" Walsh died peacefully in Norco, California on August 25, 2015.  He was very involved with the American Legion Post in Norco, working on many projects that encouraged the advancement of youth, notably serving as the California District Director of the Boys' State Program.  Services will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery on Thursday, Sept. 3rd at noon.  A celebration of his life will follow immediately after at American Legion Post 328 in Norco.  In liew of flowers, any donation should be made in Jimmy's name to the American Legion Post 328 Boys State Program.

Jimmy was planning on attending our reunion.  I just saw him last month when he came over and gave me his money and was very excited to be coming.  RIP Jimmy

Sorry to hear about your passing but glad to learn about all of your good works in the Riverside area with Boys' State.   I do believe that your life goes on.

What i didn' realize was that James was a American Legioneer, because i never saw James at the Conventions. This year Post 112 was the host post at the American Legion Convention in Ontario.
